Twenty-eight

Following on from my previous posts for my twenty-third, twenty-fourth, twenty-fifth, twenty-sixth and twenty-seventh birthdays, here is my recap of my twenty-eighth year on Earth.

In the last year, I have:

• spent Christmas + New Year in the Netherlands
• been to Spain
• received a Netherlands residency permit
• moved to an apartment in Amsterdam
• run a 17:44 5km PB
• run a 36:55 10km PB
• run a 1:21:30 half marathon PB
• joined an athletics club at the Olympic Stadium, Amsterdam
• drove 8 hours to east Germany (and 8 hours back)
• been to Budapest
• developed and recovered from a pneumothorax (collapsed lung)
